Medium-Voltage Switchgear KYN28-12 is a type of metal-enclosed switchgear suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz electrical systems. It is primarily used to receive and distribute power for medium and small-sized generators in power plants. In addition to being compatible with the domestic VS1 vacuum circuit breaker, it can also be used with ABB’s VD4, Siemens’ 3AH5 from the ZN65A series, and GE’s VB2.

Modular Assembly Structure: The switchgear is made of corrosion-resistant zinc-aluminum plates, which do not require surface treatment
High Precision Manufacturing: CNC processing with high precision and advanced multi-stage technology is applied. It is connected using nuts, rivets, and high-strength bolts, ensuring a lightweight and durable design
Vacuum Circuit Breaker Compatibility: This medium-voltage switchgear is equipped with ZN63A-12 (VS1), VD4, and ZN65 vacuum circuit breakers, offering broad adaptability and interchangeability
Handcart Mechanism: The handcart has both working and testing positions, each equipped with positioning devices and displays to enhance safety and reliability
Cable Compartment: The cable compartment can accommodate up to 9 single-core cables. It includes both mechanical and electrical interlocking devices to meet the “five protection measures” (for safety). Each compartment is also equipped with a pressure relief channel to ensure operator safety
