Low Voltage Switchgear – MNS630 EN

Low Voltage Switchgear MNS630 EN assembled with modular components in a combined block design, suitable for power plants, substations, industrial facilities, high-rise buildings, residential areas, etc. It is used for converting electrical energy, distributing, and controlling equipment in electrical systems operating at AC frequencies of 50-60 Hz and rated voltages up to 660V.

Scope of Use

• Ambient temperature ≤ 40°C and ≥ -5°C, with an average temperature not exceeding 35°C over a 24-hour period
• Clean air with relative humidity not exceeding 50% at a maximum temperature of 40°C. Higher relative humidity is permissible at lower temperatures, such as 90% at 20°C, but attention should be paid to temperature changes, as condensation may occasionally occur
• Altitude Up to 2000m
• The MNS630 low voltage switchgear is suitable for transportation and storage at temperatures ranging from -25°C to 55°C, and can withstand up to 70°C for short durations (not exceeding 24 hours) without any irreversible damage. It can operate normally under standard conditions after exposure to these extreme temperatures
• When using this equipment on offshore oil rigs and in nuclear power plants, a separate technical agreement must be signed

Cabinet Structure

The basic structure of the MNS low-voltage switchgear cabinet consists of C-shaped beams. The C-shaped beams are made from steel plates with E = 25mm for modular installation holes. All cabinet frames and internal partitions are galvanized and phosphatized. The surrounding door panels and side panels are coated with high-pressure electrostatic paint
